Your KinderMulch Rubber Mulch from Recycled Rubber Products typically delivers within a week or two from the time your order is ready, depending on the time of year. We strive to deliver the KinderMulch quickly so you can start enjoying your new landscape, playground or horse arena. Standard shipping times depend on the carrier used. Please don't include weekends, or holidays, there is no guarantee on shipping dates or time.
KinderMulch rubber mulch can be delivered in bulk, loose loaded, in 50lb bags on pallets, half ton supper sacks on pallets, or ton supper sacks on pallets. Of course you could always pick up your product at Recycled Rubber Products 175 South Des Plaines Street, Joliet, IL 60436. Make sure your truck is wide enough for a super sack to fit inside and can handle 2,000lbs or 1,000 lbs. You will also want to bring some bungee cords or rope to tie down your rubber mulch in the back of your truck.
All LTL shipments will be delivered curb side. It is the customer's responsibility to move the rubber mulch from the road to your designated area. Some carriers might drop your product in your driveway; however this is the exception, not the rule.
Bulk orders in super sacks will require a fork lift. Unless otherwise requested and arraigned by your sales associate at Recycled Rubber Products, LLC.
Local orders are often delivered by a local delivery service. He utilizes a truck pulling a hydraulic lift trailer. If the customer is home or has already made prior request to drop off your order in a designated spot, the driver will make every attempt to meet your request. However, it is up to the driver discretion. Recycled Rubber Products is not responsible for a product being placed in an alternate location.
TIP: Transporting your rubber mulch would be made easier if you have a wheelbarrow, maybe even a bobcat or forklift. Of course a shovel, rake, and broom will make clean up easier. One other tip that will make clean up that much faster is to lay a large tarp down in the area where they will dump the rubber mulch.
